Industrial engineer. Passionate about social change. She has always been convinced that chaos and confusion are not necessarily bad as they can lead to good things, which is why she believes that "A butterfly´s wing-beat can change the world", precisely because through simple and small events in her life she has managed to find the way to accomplish her goals.
Speaking of aforementioned goals: She took part in projects by the IER (Rural Studies Institute) at Bogotá´s Javeriana University. She is a certified assessor of leadership workshop courses. She has been speaker and coordinator of round tables for various fora. She also helped develop investigations.
Participant in Leadership course at Indiana University in the USA. She was an intern and took part in ORIGEN, Leadership School. She is Executive Director and Cofounder of the Colombian Network of Young People RECOJO.
After supporting the creation and execution of BAKONGO and taking part in various seasons, she is now a member of staff. Today she believes in this programme because she is convinced that it is helping her to carry out her purpose in life, based on the conviction that as long as people can change, the world can change. Her motto: "It´s great to be a grown-up, but it´s even more grown-up to be a great person"
